These Terms of Service govern your use of rudolphtechnology.com (the "Site") and any services provided by Rudolph Technology & Associates, LLC ("RTA"). By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the operation of the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, or use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair it.
Service Engagements
Paid engagements with RTA are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work executed between RTA and the client. These website terms do not override or modify signed service agreements. Where there is a conflict, the signed agreement controls.
Payments
Online payments are processed off-site by Square, Inc. The Make a Payment page on this Site links to Square's hosted checkout. By submitting a payment, you authorize RTA to apply the charge to the invoice referenced or, if none is referenced, to your account balance. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. PayPal Credit, where mentioned as a financing option, is offered and administered by PayPal, Inc., subject to credit approval and PayPal's terms.
Intellectual Property
The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by RTA or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and reference third-party vendors, manufacturers, or platforms. RTA is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Reference to a vendor does not constitute endorsement.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. RTA does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washtenaw County, Michigan.

RTA may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
