Rudolph Technology & Associates, LLC ("RTA," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through rudolphtechnology.com and our services, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you contact us, request an assessment, sign up for our newsletter, or submit a payment. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, invoice details, and any other information you choose to provide in message fields.

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and pages viewed. This information is used to improve site performance and security.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, deliver the services you request, send operational communications about active engagements, process payments, and - with your consent - send periodic educational content about IT strategy and security.

Payment Information

Online payments are processed off-site by Square, Inc. under their PCI DSS Level 1 certification. When you click the "Make a Secure Payment" button on our Make a Payment page, you are redirected to Square's hosted checkout, where you enter your card details on Square's secure servers. Card numbers are never entered on, transmitted through, or stored on Rudolph Technology systems.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our business (email delivery, payment processing, analytics) under contractual obligations of confidentiality. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and measure site performance. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, with IP-anonymization enabled and Google Consent Mode v2 governing what data is collected. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them on the cookie consent banner; if you decline, no analytics cookies are stored and only anonymized, non-identifying pings are sent to Google. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link in our footer, or control cookies through your browser settings.

Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
