Quick Answers

Where do I find my invoice number?
Your invoice number appears in the subject line and top-right corner of the PDF invoice we emailed you. If you cannot locate it, leave the field blank on Square and we'll match the payment to the right invoice on our end.
Is my card information stored on your servers?
No. Card processing happens entirely on Square's PCI DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure. Card numbers never reach Rudolph Technology systems and are never stored on our servers.
Can I pay multiple invoices at once?
Yes. Enter the total combined amount on the Square checkout page and reference the invoice numbers in the notes field. We'll apply the payment to each invoice and email you a consolidated receipt.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. Square sends an itemized PDF receipt to the email address you provide within seconds of a successful payment. The receipt includes the date, amount, and last four digits of the card used.
What if my card is declined?
Square will display an immediate error message and no charge will be made. Common causes are incorrect ZIP code, expired card, or insufficient funds. Try another card or contact your bank. If you continue having trouble, call our account team and we'll take the payment by phone.
Do you accept international cards?
Yes, Square processes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards issued worldwide. Some international card-issuers may block large international transactions - if this happens, your bank can usually authorize it after you call them.
